Which ticket should I register for?

Whatever one you feel like. All the tickets give you the same access to the event. Pick the one that most represents your relationship with the Lean Startup methodology.

Why the strange hours?

The conference happens in San Francisco. The hours are 8am - 6pm Pacific Time, which translates to 12pm - 10pm Puerto Rico Time. This means even if you have to work, you can stop by for the last couple hours after work.
